terms of service
- I will decline a commission if these terms are not agreed upon.
- Do not claim my work as yours, remove my signature. Credit my work.
- Do not use my art with AI software or as NFTs.
- You may use my work for personal use freely.
(icon, banner, wallpaper, prints/merch for personal use, etc.)
- Any commercial use must be discussed beforehand, an agreement will require a fee.
- I reserve the right use the finished piece as an example for my commisions.
- I require payment after providing the initial sketch. (USD/EURO/PLN)
- Payments via PayPal are sent via invoice method.
- I provide updates on each piece.
- A single commission may take up to 2 weeks.
- The commissioner will be notified in case of an emergency that might cause the commission to take longer.
